Roasted Pumpkin Seeds!

Have you carved your pumpkins yet? Don’t throw out those pumpkin seeds! They make for a salty and crunchy treat, especially delicious when eaten straight out of the oven.

  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 325 F. Once you have completed gutting your pumpkin, place the seeds on a cookie sheet in one layer and douse lightly with olive oil and salt. Bake for approximately 25 min.
